Apple today pushed the iOS/iPadOS 17 developer preview Beta 3 update (build number: 21A5277h) to iPhone and iPad users 13 days after the last release.
How to upgrade iOS / iPadOS / watchOS / macOS development version?
To upgrade the developer preview version of iOS / iPad OS 17, you can refer to the experience shared by family and friends: experience post 1||experience post 2||experience post 3||experience post 4.
Starting from Beta 1 of the iOS /iPadOS 16.4 developer preview, you must register for the Apple Developer Program. After registration, open the system [Settings] [Software Update] for the upgrade option. Note that your iPhone or iPad must be signed in with the same Apple ID you used to enroll in the Apple Developer Program to see the upgrade option in Settings.
In future iOS and iPadOS, this new setting will be how the developer preview is enabled, and configuration profiles will no longer grant access.

Download and install the [Description File] to detect the public beta version upgrade in the system update. The description file download methods are as follows:

Due to the configuration cache of Apple’s regional node servers, there may be a slight delay in detecting the upgrade update in some places, usually within half an hour, not too long.
